How coupon codes work, regardless of store.

How do I know a coupon code still works?

Check the last-verified date printed on the code. Every offer on this site carries one, and the list is re-tested daily. Codes verified in the past 48 hours are the safest bet.

Why do promo codes fail at checkout?

Four reasons cover almost every failure: the code expired, your cart is under the minimum spend, the code is new-customer only, or your basket contains excluded items such as clearance, gift cards or third-party sellers.

Can I use two coupon codes on one order?

Almost never. US retailers accept one promo code per order. You can still combine that code with sale pricing, loyalty rewards, a gift card and a cashback portal, because those are separate layers.

Is there a best day to shop for discounts?

For most retailers, holiday weekends beat mid-month. Black Friday through Cyber Monday is the deepest window, followed by the post-Christmas clearance and the four summer holiday weekends.
